Project-based work is where we started and it plays to our strengths as a team. Each project is unique and we create the perfect balance of all the ingredients required to get our clients from the concept stage to results.
Project work is very specific, it has a clearly defined goal and timeline associated with it and is usually a stand-alone job. Examples include; market research, PR and communications campaign or a product launch.
At Red PR we thoroughly enjoy project work as we are a team of doers who like to get the job done. Projects have a distinct start, middle and end, the results are easily measured and come quickly and that is what it’s all about.
Many of our retained clients came to us initially on a project basis and were so pleased with the results they asked us to come back and look at their entire business with a longer-term view. From there our retained service option was born.
What we offer
Our retained services are typically offered on an annual basis however, the term is agreed based on client’s requirements. The results are without doubt transformational and as a result the team at Red PR finds this the most rewarding element of our work. We thoroughly enjoy achieving real organisational change to ensure the realisation of our clients’ long-term business goals.
Ironically, this was never our original plan, it evolved from client demand and we listened.
This service has worked a treat for many of our valued clients where we have helped them get their business to where they want it to be, professionally and efficiently. In some cases, we became their communications department while in others, we worked alongside their marketing executives to lead, up-skill and monitor progress. Over time as their junior team stepped up, we stepped back as appropriate.
The result is a win-win! We love this model as it enhances the core strengths within the clients business, trains up their team as required to fill any gaps, implements campaigns to the highest standards as we always do while we teach their team how to do it independently. This is why it is such a successful and rewarding model for clients striving for long term effective change within their organisation. For us to see the progress in the team, organisation and bottom line for the client is what makes it all the more sweet.
